Hyderabad, February 10, 2026: Wellness B’zaar, in collaboration with RIVEA Vascular Institute, hosted FLOW – The Longevity Dialogue, a thought-leadership gathering focused on the vital role of blood flow and vascular health in promoting long-term wellbeing. Held on February 7, 2026, at Quorum Club, Hyderabad, the event brought together leading medical professionals and preventive health advocates for an interdisciplinary discussion on how circulation influences healthy ageing.
Curated as an intimate fireside and panel-led exchange, the dialogue challenged the traditional symptom-centric view of ageing. Instead, it reframed longevity through the lens of circulation, emphasising its impact on brain health, organ function, mobility, metabolic balance, and overall quality of life — often long before visible symptoms or disease appear.

A key highlight of the evening was a fireside conversation moderated by Puja Khan, Co-Founder of Wellness B’zaar, with Dr Arjun Reddy, Founder of RIVEA Vascular Institute. The discussion focused on why vascular health remains under-recognised and underscored the importance of early, image-guided screening.
“Vascular changes begin silently and well before symptoms emerge, often affecting multiple organs at once. Early, image-guided screening allows us to detect risks sooner and intervene before irreversible damage occurs,” said Dr Arjun Reddy.
The panel discussion, moderated by Kavitha Mantha, broadened the conversation to include metabolic, cardiac, and regenerative health perspectives, positioning circulation as a common thread across preventive longevity.
“Several conditions — from heart disease and diabetic complications to fibroids and prostate enlargement — have a vascular component. A vascular-first, image-guided approach can prevent complications and significantly reduce the need for surgical intervention,” Dr Reddy added.
Highlighting the role of precision medicine, Dr Samatha Tulla, Co-Founder of PMX Health, said, “Metabolic stress and impaired blood flow often appear as early biomarkers well before clinical symptoms. Precision medicine enables us to track these signals and shift healthcare from reactive treatment to preventive longevity.”
Speaking on regenerative advancements, Dr Harikiran Chekuri, Founder of Redefine Hair, said, “Emerging research in peptides and regenerative therapies is unlocking new possibilities for vascular repair, endothelial health, and recovery-focused care.”
Dr Rahul Kongara, cardiologist and preventive heart health specialist, emphasised the link between circulation and heart health, stating, “Most cardiac conditions are preceded by years of silent vascular dysfunction. Early screening, lifestyle changes, and preventive care are essential to lowering long-term cardiac risk.”
The session concluded with a collective emphasis on proactive health strategies and early awareness. “Longevity begins long before disease sets in. By safeguarding vascular health through early screening, lifestyle intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration, we can redefine how individuals age and sustain long-term wellbeing,” the organisers noted.
The dialogue reinforced the growing need for awareness-driven prevention and innovation-led healthcare models that shift longevity from a reactive to a proactive pursuit.
