Anuj Saxena opens up about faith, resilience, and rediscovering peace through spirituality.
His journey reflects how hope and pure intentions can guide one through life’s most difficult chapters.
Once a household name in Indian television, actor-entrepreneur Dr. Anuj Saxena has returned, not chasing the spotlight, but embracing spirituality and self-discovery. In a rare and heartfelt conversation on The Vedas Speak, a podcast by Paparazzi Entertainment, the Kkusum actor opened up after years of silence, sharing how faith and resilience helped him rebuild from life’s toughest storms.
Calm, composed, and deeply spiritual, Anuj reflects on his time away from the limelight. He says, “It was my choice for many years to stay away from the camera. I went through a very tough time in life, but I never gave up hope. I believe it’s God’s grace that kept me going.”
For him, spirituality is not a passing phase, it’s the core of his being. He shares, “I’ve been a spiritual person since childhood. In my view, all Gods are one. We humans just give them different names,Allah, Jesus, Mata, Shiva but there’s one supreme power. Whether you say Jai Mata Di, Om Sai Ram, Jai Shri Ram or Inshallah, you’re still remembering the same God.”
Speaking candidly, he also expresses concern about the younger generation’s growing disconnect from faith and culture. He says, “They’re on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook but they don’t know the power of their roots. Our traditions are thousands of years old and full of wisdom. Yes, this is Kalyug, but there are still good people. We must keep doing our karma and walk the right path.”
His life philosophy today is built on two timeless values, faith and pure intentions. He says, “Your intentions should be pure. Keep doing your karma without expecting the fruits, that’s what has kept me moving.”
Through his words, Anuj Saxena reminds us that strength doesn’t always come from success or fame sometimes it’s born from silence, surrender, and the belief that divine grace never truly leaves our side.
