EXCLUSIVE: Himanshu Bamzai Returns To TV After A Year With Tenali Rama

Sony SAB’s Tenali Rama is a hub of talented actors. Many actors are seen shining through the interesting project which is widely liked by the viewers. The upcoming track of the show will have an intriguing twist with makers planning an exciting new entry.

Downtown Mirror Weekly has exclusively learned that Mehendi Hai Rachne Wali actor Himanshu Bamzai will be seen playing a pivotal role in the show. A source close to the project revealed that the viewers are in for some surprises with the new entry.

The source said, “The makers have planned a promising storyline for the viewers of the show and they have trusted actor Himanshu Bamzai as he was quite apt for the character. We’re sure the viewers will be entertained by the  exciting new twist in Tenali Rama.“ 

Himanshu Bamzai has proved his acting chops in TV shows like Mehendi Hai Rachne Wali and Hara Sindoor among others. The actor was forced to take a break from TV due to his knee injury which he faced during the shoot of his previous project. With Bamzai bouncing back with an extraordinary character on TV, we’re sure his fans will rejoice his much-awaited comeback.

We, at Downtown Mirror Weekly contacted Himanshu and he confirmed joining the cast of Tenali Rama but denied divulging further details about his character in the show.

Tenali Rama is one of the most loved historical dramas on television. The show made its comeback after the popularity of season 1. The show stars Krishna Bharadwaj and Priyamvada Kant as leads. The show traces the life and intelligence of Tenali Rama during the rule of King Krishnadevaraya.

After season one of Tenali Rama ended, actor Krishna Bharadwaj took up yet another fictional periodic drama Dhruv Tara- Samay Sadi Se Pare. As the show came to an end, the channel retained Bharadwaj and planned Tenali Rama’s return in a new avtar with a fresh show.
