Marinades are layered with care, spices are balanced thoughtfully, and slow cooking draws out depth without overwhelming the palate. The flavours just linger.

On the menu, there is a range of varieties with flavourful creations, where each bite reveals texture, aroma, and a refined complexity that highlights India’s abundant produce. In addition, there is a selection that offers a graceful nod to royal banquets while maintaining contemporary elegance.
