Saanand Verma’s journey from struggling for basic necessities to becoming a recognized name in the entertainment industry is truly inspiring. Best known for his role as Saxena Ji in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, Saanand has not only made his mark on television but has also featured in notable films like Chhichhore, Babli Bouncer, and Pataakha. His upcoming film Aakhon Ki Gustakhiyan, alongside Vikrant Massey, and his recent role in Vijay 69 further solidify his position in Bollywood.
However, behind the glamour lies a story of resilience, grit, and an unwavering passion for the arts. Reflecting on his early years, Saanand shared how his family’s financial struggles shaped his perspective on life. He recalls, “I remember a time when we were denied our school results because we couldn’t pay the fees. My sister and I came home crying. That kind of hardship teaches you that survival comes first, and dreams come later.”

Despite these challenges, Saanand worked relentlessly, climbing the corporate ladder and earning a substantial salary. Yet, his heart was always set on acting.
“I left my well-paying corporate job because I realised it wasn’t where I truly belonged. My true calling was acting, and I had to take that leap of faith,” he recalls.
The transition to acting, however, was not without its struggles. There were days when he couldn’t afford food, let alone pay rent. He recalls, “There was a point in my life when I had to sleep on the streets.” I had no idea what the future held, but I knew I couldn’t give up.”
Through sheer determination, Saanand secured roles that earned him recognition and respect in the industry. From television to Bollywood, his journey stands as a testament to hard work, perseverance, and passion. His rise from having nothing to building a thriving career in entertainment proves that talent and courage can lead to incredible success, no matter the starting point.
