Abhishek Sharma reflects on 2025 as a transformative year that challenged him emotionally and creatively, helping him grow as an artist.
Actor Abhishek Sharma, currently winning hearts with his performance in Tu Juliet Jatt Di, looks back at 2025 as a defining year that shaped him both personally and professionally. Calling it a phase of growth, learning, and self-reflection, the actor says the year pushed him to evolve as an artist and as an individual.
Reflecting on the journey, Abhishek shares that the challenges he faced played a key role in strengthening his confidence and clarity. “The hurdles I faced in 2025 pushed me to expand my skills and evolve on a personal level. There were a few unexpected turning points that helped me see my journey more clearly and made me more confident in my choices,” he says.
Talking about his work during the year, the actor admits that one particular role tested him in ways he had never experienced before. He explains that the character demanded emotional honesty and vulnerability beyond his comfort zone. “Portraying this character made me approach feelings and vulnerabilities I hadn’t encountered before. It forced me to unlearn certain habits and approach scenes with honesty rather than comfort, which was both scary and rewarding,” Abhishek reveals.
Sharing the professional lessons he took away from the year, Abhishek believes consistency is more important than quick success. “I’ve learned that consistency matters more than speed. Growth doesn’t always come from big moments. Sometimes it comes from showing up every day, doing honest work, and trusting the process. This is a lesson I will carry with me not just from 2025, but throughout my journey,” he says.
The actor also feels that his craft became more grounded and introspective over the year. According to him, his focus shifted from external performance to internal truth. “My craft became more rooted. I learned to trust silence, body language, and emotions instead of relying only on dialogue. I became more patient with the process and focused more on internal truth,” he shares, adding that working closely with his director helped him deepen his understanding of acting. He adds that working with such guidance taught him acting is a lifelong process, always evolving.
As the year comes to a close, gratitude remains central to Abhishek’s thoughts. He credits his family, team, and audience for standing by him through every phase of his journey. “I feel profound gratitude toward those who believed in me and pushed me to keep growing. Their support kept me grounded and motivated, and it inspires me to become not just a better artist, but a better person as well,” he says.
Looking ahead, Abhishek is clear about what he wants to leave behind as he steps into a new phase of his career. “Self-doubt,” he concludes.
