“I Don’t Do Very Hardcore Workouts But Focus More On Eating Healthy”: Worship Khanna

Actor Worship Khanna emphasises balanced fitness through moderate workouts, intermittent fasting, and a clean, home-cooked diet. He supplements his routine with a homemade immunity drink and natural skincare practices for overall well-being.

Actor Worship Khanna, who is currently part of the show Pati Brahmachari, believes that fitness is a combination of working out and eating right. Sharing his fitness routine, he said, “I exercise three to four times a week. I don’t do very hardcore workouts but focus more on eating healthy; I don’t eat outside food at all.”

Worship Khanna added, “The only things I eat from outside are pani puri and pizza. I have pani puri once a month and pizza once every two months. But apart from this, I don’t eat any street food.”

Though Worship doesn’t believe in following any strict diet, he practices intermittent fasting and fasts for 16 hours on and off. When working long hours, black coffee comes to his rescue. Apart from that, he also carries sprouts with him. He prepares a special immunity booster that’s part of his skincare routine as well.

Worship Khanna shared, “I use raw turmeric along with ginger, tomato, beetroot, carrots, and amla (Indian gooseberry). I blend all these ingredients and drink it every day. It tastes bad, but I’m used to it, as I’ve been drinking it for a long time—and it gives good results.”

“For skin, I always believe that no cosmetics, powders, or facials can help unless it’s clean from the inside. For that, I drink four litres of water every day with chia seeds, raw haldi, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, beetroot, amla, dalchini powder, and cucumber. I mix the ingredients, leave them overnight, and drink the water the next day,” Worship Khanna added.

Worship Khanna confessed that he eats only home-cooked food and believes in portion control. He said, “From aloo paratha, chole bhature, puri aloo sabji, to stuffed parathas—which are my weakness—I eat everything, but in small quantities. I have six meals a day; there is nothing I don’t eat.”

What about cheat days? “Cheat days are my favorite. I always wait for them, and they include pizza or some sweets,” Worship, who has also been part of popular shows like , who has also appeared in shows like Kumkum Bhagya and Ishq Subhan Allah, concluded.
