Actor Rajniesh Duggal is enjoying a promising phase in his career, with a series of impactful projects lined up. Fresh from his international appearance at a film festival in Italy—where his short film Fragile was screened—the 1920 actor is now preparing for the release of his intense new film Udaipur Files, based on the shocking Kanhaiya Lal murder case.
“I’ve just returned from Italy where Fragile was screened, and now Udaipur Files is releasing,” he shares, adding, “I’ve always been careful about the kind of projects I take up. I believe that when the time is right, things fall into place.”
With a career that spans films, television, and web series, Rajniesh is also looking forward to the new season of Inspector Avinash. He reveals, “That’s something the audience has been waiting for, and it’s in the pipeline.”
When asked about the attention he receives for his looks and fitness, Rajniesh responds with his trademark humility: “I’m an actor. Maintaining myself is a necessity—it’s part of the job. I’ve always believed you must respect your craft and be ready, both physically and mentally.”
At this stage, he says he’s in a good space career-wise. “I’m open to good work. And good work gives me a kick. That’s what keeps me going.”
