In today’s heart-wrenching episode of Mannat-Har Khushi Paane Ki, emotions run high as secrets unravel and relationships are put to the test.
The episode opens with Mannat crying out for help, vulnerable and scared. Vikrant rushes to her side, gently covering her with a dupatta and apologising for being late. He explains he had been searching frantically for her. Mannat, shaken but focused, pleads with him to call a doctor, Aishwarya is badly injured and bleeding. Vikrant wastes no time.
Elsewhere, Rahul informs Banty that their plan has completely backfired. When they update Mallika, she’s fuming and demands the video of Mannat to execute her next scheme. But Rahul tells her the plan was foiled by none other than Aishwarya, a move that leaves Mallika baffled. Why would Aishwarya save Mannat?
Soon, the doctor arrives and rushes Aishwarya away on a stretcher. As Gagan demands answers, Shruti stays close to Aishwarya, at Mannat’s request. Vikrant silently watches as Mannat, bruised and wounded, quietly tends to herself. Moved, he follows and gently applies ointment to her injuries. Overwhelmed by emotion, Mannat breaks down and hugs him, he holds her, offering quiet strength.
Back at home, Neetu lashes out, blaming Mannat for everything that’s gone wrong. She believes Mannat’s arrival has brought nothing but misfortune, especially Aishwarya’s condition. Vikrant, visibly upset, stands up for Mannat and asks Neetu to stop this unfair blame game.
When Gagan questions her, Mannat struggles to share the full truth until Aishwarya regains consciousness. She only reveals that she had gone to meet Vikrant at Mezbani, where a group of goons tried to attack her. They hid her away before Vikrant could find her. It was Aishwarya who found her and risked everything to protect her, getting grievously hurt in the process. The family is left stunned.
The doctor later reveals that Aishwarya urgently needs B-negative blood. Gagan is not a match, and Mallika selfishly refuses to donate, citing her fear of injections. Shruti offers, but Vikrant reminds her that she cannot, due to her recent liver surgery. Despite her own injuries, Mannat steps up without hesitation and donates her blood. Touched, Vikrant arranges glucose for her. Meanwhile, Mallika seethes with jealousy as she watches the growing bond between Mannat and Vikrant.
Shruti, worried for Mannat’s wellbeing, voices her concerns, but Vikrant gently diverts the conversation, trying to keep things calm. Realizing her schemes are falling apart and fearful of being exposed, Mallika begins packing her bags.
But Mannat is done staying silent. Mannat finally confronts Mallika, her voice steady with resolve, warning her that her web of lies is about to unravel. Later, as Mannat gently tends to an unconscious Aishwarya with quiet care, Mallika watches bitterly from a distance, scoffing at their growing closeness, even as whispers of long-buried family secrets begin to stir.
The episode reaches a dramatic crescendo when Mallika starts hinting that the blood match, along with Shruti’s recent liver transplant, point to something deeper.
That’s when Shruti can no longer hold back.
In a teary, emotional confession, she reveals the truth: Mannat is Aishwarya’s biological daughter.
