Many celebrities visited Prayagraj to take a holy dip in Triveni Sangam during Mahakumbh, and one such celebrity was also Katrina Kaif. When photos and videos of the actress first came out, everyone was glad that while her husband Vicky Kaushal was busy with work, Katrina took it upon herself to do the spiritual side of things.
However, now, a rather unpleasant video has caught everyone’s attention and honestly, it is really appalling how people think that it’s okay to give no importance to privacy when it is any celebrity in question. And the said video sees a man filming a video along with his brother and some men, where he says, “Ye main hu, ye mera bhai hai, aur yeh hai Katrina Kaif (This is me, this is my brother and this is Katrina Kaif)”.

True, one wouldn’t expect that she’d get lost in the crowd, because she’s a celebrity, however, during the dip, the least people could’ve done is offer some kind of respect. And when people cannot offer that decent, it absolutely defeats the purpose of going all religious or try to ‘wash off your paap’ with a holy dip.
In fact, Raveena Tandon also dropped a comment on this video doing rounds on the internet and wrote, “This is disgusting. These kind of people spoil a moment that is supposed to be peaceful and meaningful.”
And it is clear, that this isn’t just me talking, because several netizens also dropped in their comments, highlighting how this is very bad. One user wrote, “Very bad… Mass bullying.” Another mentioned, “This is terrible. How are people so shameless?”
One person also wrote, “This is sad and disturbing.” Another highlighted how these are exact reasons why they must get the VIP treatment, and wrote, “And when they get vip treatment and security and all they get offended”.
Such things just keep getting worse, and people need to learn to do better!
