Nasirr Khan shares that the recent admiration for his portrayal of Jhende in Tumm Se Tumm Tak has given his acting journey a renewed sense of purpose, making it feel like he’s starting all over again.
Seasoned actor Nasirr Khan, who portrays Jhende in Tumm Se Tumm Tak, a show backed by Prateek Sharma and Parth Shah’s Studio LSD, shares that the immense appreciation from fans has reignited his passion and brought a fresh spark to his long-standing career.
Honestly, It Feels Like I’ve Just Started My Career All Over Again
Speaking about the audience’s reaction to the show, Nasirr Khan shared,
“The response has been truly amazing. Honestly, it feels like I’ve just started my career all over again. Even though I’ve been working for nearly 30 years, the love and excitement from the audience make me feel as young and fresh as a 30-year-old newcomer.”
Nasirr Khan further added, “A whole new generation of viewers is watching and connecting with my performance. Their love, appreciation, and encouragement have been overwhelming.”
Nasirr Khan also opened up about the biggest challenge he faced while portraying Jhende. “Jhende is a very layered personality, and I had to make sure I didn’t reveal too much too soon. At the same time, I had to keep the mystery alive,” he explained.
“The audience is really enjoying the suspense and intrigue, and that curiosity about Jhende is exactly what keeps them hooked,” he added.
The actor also pointed out the stark contrast between his real personality and the character he plays. “That’s what makes it exciting,” he said, adding, “Nasirr Khan is completely different from who I am in real life, which gives me the freedom to explore and enjoy playing him without any personal overlap.”
