Neha Harsora, known for her role as Sailee, reflects on her recent wins at the Star Parivaar Awards 2025 and shares what made the evening memorable including a family performance on stage.
Neha Harsora, who plays the lead role of Sailee in Rahul Kumar Tewary and Rolling Tales Production’s Udne Ki Aasha, is enjoying a moment of recognition after her double win at the Star Parivaar Awards 2025.
The actress took home the Favorite Sister award for the second year in a row, as well as the Best Jodi title this season.
Reflecting on the experience, Neha shared, “It feels great. Like last year, I received the Star Parivaar Award for Favorite Sister, and this year too, for the same character and category, I was honoured again.
It’s always nice to be appreciated. I also received the Best Jodi award, which felt special. This time, I even got a chance to do a little anchoring, which was exciting. And since my family was with me, it became even more memorable.”
For Neha Harsora, Sailee is more than just a role it’s a character she has grown with. “Sailee’s journey is moving forward, one step at a time. It feels good to portray her, to be nominated, and to receive an award for it. I feel proud,” she said.
Neha also recalled watching the grandeur of the Star Parivaar Awards as a child. “As kids, we used to watch and listen to the Star Parivaar anthem on TV. I never imagined I would one day perform to it or sing it,” she said.
At this year’s event, Neha performed alongside co-star Sachin and also had her first solo act. “We had two performances one on Dhak Dhak and the other a disco number. For the first time, our on-screen family, Sachin (Kanwar Dhillon), me, Aai (Radhika Vidyasagar), and Baba (Sanjay Narvekar) performed together. It was a lot of fun,” she said.
With awards, performances, and personal milestones, 2025 is already proving to be a significant year in Neha Harsora’s journey.
