For Niharika, Dussehra goes beyond being just a cultural celebration it’s a festival of reflection and renewal. “The story of Dussehra reminds us that no matter how powerful evil may appear, truth and goodness always prevail in the end. It motivates me to face challenges in my own life with strength, patience, and positivity,” she shared.
Despite her hectic shooting schedule, the actress ensures the essence of the festival is never lost. “Even if I’m shooting, I make sure to start my day with prayers. Sometimes, just lighting a diya and taking a few moments for gratitude makes me feel connected to the divine. If I’m at home, then it’s all about spending time with my family, enjoying festive food, and soaking in the positive vibes,” she said.
She further emphasised how festivals like Dussehra help her stay connected to her roots, even in the fast-paced entertainment world. “Our festivals keep us grounded. Dussehra is not just about Lord Ram’s victory over Ravana but also about defeating the Ravana within ego, anger, jealousy, or fear. For me, it’s a reminder to keep growing and strive to be a better version of myself,” Niharika added.
