Rajniesh Duggall: Real Strength Is Honesty, Not Silence

Rajniesh Duggall opens up about redefining strength through emotional honesty, self-awareness, and mental well-being.

The actor shares his personal practices and perspectives on staying grounded amid life’s pressures.

Rajniesh Duggall, known for films like 1920, Dangerous Ishhq, Ek Paheli Leela, and his television work in shows such as Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran, has always been vocal about emotional awareness and holistic well-being. The actor, who continues to impress audiences with his versatility and grounded personality, believes that true strength lies far beyond physical appearances or societal expectations. In an insightful conversation, he opens up about what masculinity means to him, how he nurtures his mental health, and why vulnerability is a form of courage.

Talking about the misconceptions around strength, Rajniesh shares a perspective shaped by experience and introspection. He says, “Real strength is honesty. It is being able to admit when you are hurting or tired. It is the courage to seek help, to show vulnerability, to face your fears, and to still keep moving forward.”

He further explains that strength isn’t rigid; it’s rooted in self-awareness and emotional equilibrium. Expanding on his thoughts, he adds, “Real strength is about balance, being responsible, but also being kind to yourself. I feel a strong man is one who stays true to his heart and takes care of his mind and soul.”

When asked how he personally navigates stress, pressure, and the emotional load of a demanding career, Rajniesh speaks candidly about his routine and inner practices. He explains, “For me, caring for my mind starts with staying aligned with who I am within. I make time for meditation and physical exercise because they help me stay centered. I also talk to my close friends and family whenever I feel overwhelmed. Sharing always lightens the load.”

He also emphasizes the importance of slowing down and embracing moments of stillness. Reflecting on what keeps him grounded, he adds, “I try to keep a healthy work-life balance and spend time in nature, because nature always heals me. Most importantly, I remind myself that it is okay to slow down, okay to rest, and okay to feel emotional.”

Through his words, Rajniesh reinforces a powerful message: that emotional honesty, compassion, and mindful living are not signs of weakness but defining traits of true strength.
