Speaking about the ongoing drama, Samridhii Shukla, who plays Abhira, explains the root cause. “During the ghoomar event, an accident happens, and Vidya feels Kajal intentionally put her at risk. She blames Kajal for hurting her, but Dadi Sa jumps in right away, confident that her daughter would never be capable of something like that. She calls it an unfortunate incident, not a deliberate act.”
The misunderstanding triggers a deeper emotional fallout. “Vidya feels pushed into a corner, convinced that Dadi Sa looks at her only through the lens of duty,” Samridhii shares, adding, “The environment gets so suffocating that Dadi Sa decides to leave. And when the matter of property division comes up, she hands everything over and walks away, deeply hurt.”
Clarifying Abhira and Armaan’s stance, she says, “It may appear that Abhira is supporting Dadi Sa and Armaan is supporting Vidya, but that’s not true. Both are trying to manage the situation with maturity. They choose to live separately only to support both women during this phase, not knowing how long this distance will last.”
Samridhii assures viewers that Abhira and Armaan’s connection remains solid, rooted in the mutual respect and emotional clarity they’ve built over time. She adds, “Staying apart is necessary right now, their priority is to prevent further damage within the family.”
