Shehnaaz Gill had haldi water the first thing in the morning followed by tea and breakfast consisting of poha or dal dosa. Fitness is not only about eating healthy but also about working out. Shehnaaz does yoga for an hour which promotes good physical and mental well being.

The process – grow the plant for 9 months, when the leaves start wilting, dig under and remove the rhizomes, clean, boil in water, sun dry for a few days and then grind to powder.
