Shehnaaz Gill had haldi water the first thing in the morning followed by tea and breakfast consisting of poha or dal dosa. Fitness is not only about eating healthy but also about working out. Shehnaaz does yoga for an hour which promotes good physical and mental well being.

 

For lunch, Shehnaaz Gill has scrambled tofu. Dal is an essential protein supplement and she pairs it with sprouts salad and ghee roti. It is said that one should eat small meals with a gap of a couple of hours. For snacks, Shehnaaz adds makhana to her diet as it is a very healthy snack.

As for dinner, Shehnaaz Gill makes sure to go light on her food which aids digestion. She prefers soup as starters and later moved on to having a light dinner of khichdi and dahi. Shehnaaz also makes sure to get quality sleep at night by sleeping at the right time.
