Star Plus’ forthcoming show Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki has finalised seasoned actors Nimai Bali, Garima Vikrant, Ishrat Khan, and Prakriti Nautiyal to play pivotal roles alongside leads Ankit Raizada and Ashika Padukone.
The makers of Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki are putting together a formidable ensemble for their new family saga. While reports have already confirmed Ankit Raizada and Ashika Padukone as the lead couple of Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki, Downtown Mirror Weekly has now exclusively learnt that Nimai Bali, Garima Vikrant, Ishrat Khan, and Prakriti Nautiyal have also been signed on to play significant roles in the show.
According to an insider, “The production house wants performers who can truly embody their roles. Ankit and Ashika are set as the lead couple, with Jignesh Joshi playing the male lead’s father. But the show’s deeper emotions will be carried forward by Nimai Bali, Garima Vikrant, Ishrat Khan, and others.”
Nimai Bali, known for shows like Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan, Sirf Tum, and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, most recently made appearances in Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav. Garima Vikrant has been seen in Nimki Mukhiya, Nazar, Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka, Namak Issk Ka, and Pukaar – Dil Se Dil Tak. This won’t be the first time Ankit Raizada is working with Ishrat Khan, the two previously shared screen space in Advocate Anjali Awasthi, where she played his mother.
Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki, produced by Sandalwood Media, draws inspiration from the Telugu hit Karthika Deepam and promises to recreate its depth and emotional arcs in Hindi. The series also includes Saniya Khera as the second female lead. Shooting is slated to begin in Hyderabad.
With a strong cast and an engaging storyline at its core, Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki is expected to be a notable addition to Star Plus’ upcoming lineup. Viewers are keen to see how the seasoned actors contribute to the show’s emotional and dramatic layers.
