Known for her simplicity and grounded nature, the actress celebrated her special day with her closest circle — her immediate family and a few relatives.
On the eve of her birthday, Shivangi Joshi hosted an intimate dinner in Bandra (Mumbai) with her parents, sister and relatives. An eyewitness who spotted the actress at a cozy Bandra eatery shared, “Shivangi has always valued meaningful time with her loved ones over extravagant celebrations. Every year, she starts her birthday by giving back to society. This time, she visited an NGO in the morning and later enjoyed a relaxed dinner with her family. Her paternal aunt, cousin, his wife, and their child were visiting from Dehradun, making the evening even more special for her.”
Interestingly, sources close to the actress revealed that Shivangi Joshi was initially planning to host a birthday party this year—something she doesn’t usually do. However, out of solidarity with her country and fellow citizens in light of the Indo-Pak conflict, she decided to cancel it. A gesture that speaks volumes about her thoughtful nature and grounded personality.
On the professional front, Shivangi Joshi rose to fame as Naira in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and continued to impress audiences with her performances in Balika Vadhu 2 and Barsatein: Mausam Pyaar Ka. She is now preparing to star opposite Harshad Chopda in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain – Naya Season. While the show was
initially expected to premiere at the end of May post-IPL, it is now reportedly set to hit television screens in the first week of June.
