Dipika Kakar’s clothing brand Label DKI recently sparked shutdown rumours; however, Shoaib Ibrahim has clarified that the brand is merely undergoing a stock update. The couple assures fans that new collections are coming soon amid media misreporting.
Television’s popular duo, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim, frequently make headlines for their personal achievements and professional ventures. Recently, the couple drew attention following reports suggesting that Dipika’s clothing brand, Label DKI, had unexpectedly gone out of business.

The swirling rumours led to confusion among fans, followers and supporters, prompting Shoaib Ibrahim to speak up. Shoaib responded to a question about the brand’s status on his social media. Clarifying the situation, he stated that Label DKI has not shut down. He explained that the brand had simply not updated its stock in recent times, which may have led to assumptions about its closure. He further reassured everyone that new designs and fresh collections are on the way.
Additionally, Shoaib Ibrahim criticised certain media outlets for spreading unverified information. He emphasised the importance of fact-checking before publishing news, expressing disappointment over the baseless headlines.
Label DKI, launched online in late 2023 and named after Dipika Kakar Ibrahim, is an ethnic wear brand that brings to life Dipika’s long-cherished dream project. The actress had earlier revealed that the launch was delayed due to personal responsibilities.
Meanwhile, Dipika had recently participated in the reality cooking show Celebrity Masterchef, but had to exit the competition due to health concerns.
With Shoaib Ibrahim’s clarification, fans are now hopeful for Label DKI’s active return and are eagerly awaiting the launch of new collections.
