Shubhangi Atre, who will soon be seen in the film adaptation of the hit sitcom titled Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! Fun On The Run, opens up about how she navigates pressure, expectations, and inner peace.

Talking about social media and its impact, Shubhangi Atre admits that it can often feel overwhelming. She says, “Social media can be a tricky space. There’s so much comparison and judgment.” Having experienced the highs and lows that come with public attention, she has learned to approach social platforms mindfully. “I use it consciously — I post what I want to share and then disconnect. Real validation comes from within, not from a screen,” she adds, emphasizing the importance of self-worth over online approval.

When asked about what helps her stay emotionally centered, Shubhangi Atre smiles and points to meditation as her anchor. She shares, “Meditation has been my biggest support system. Being an Osho follower has helped me tremendously over the years.” According to her, Osho’s teachings on mindfulness and living in the present moment have played a significant role in shaping her outlook on life and work.

In addition to meditation, gratitude plays a key role in her daily routine.

“Every night, I thank life for at least three things,” she says, adding, “That simple habit keeps me connected to the positives, no matter how tough the day has been.”

For Shubhangi Atre, inner peace is not about escaping challenges but about facing them with awareness, gratitude, and emotional clarity — values that continue to guide her both personally and professionally.
