UAE Real Estate: Indian Hotels, in collaboration with BNW Developments—a real estate firm founded by actor-turned-entrepreneur Vivek Oberoi—has announced the launch of Taj Wellington Mews on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

At an exclusive launch party hosted by BNW Developments and Taj, the iconic 120-year-old Indian brand marked its grand entry into the UAE’s branded residences market with the official signing of Taj Wellington Mews in Ras Al Khaimah.
With a stellar performance by Indo-fusion band Indofuzon and a vibrant set led by celebrity presenter Kris Fade, the festive evening came to a spectacular conclusion. Everyone’s attention was drawn to comedian Kenny Sebastian, who made the evening glitter with humour. Among the attendees were well-known figures from Dubai’s luxury and design communities, as well as dignitaries and corporate executives who have played a significant role in creating this vision.
The evening’s high point was the formal unveiling of a groundbreaking collaboration between Taj and BNW by Mr. Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder and Dr. Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director and Co-Founder of BNW Developments.
