Gaurav Khanna faces backlash for his fence-sitting and avoidance of tasks, as housemates label him fake and cowardly.
With the house uniting against him, GK’s survival strategy might just become his undoing.
The pressure cooker inside the Bigg Boss 19 house is reaching boiling point and this time, the heat is on Gaurav Khanna (GK). Once seen as a calm and composed player, Gaurav is now under fire from multiple housemates, who believe his strategy is to stay safe by playing from the sidelines.
It all started when Baseer Ali confided in Nehal Chudasama, expressing his frustration over Gaurav’s “passive” gameplay. “He hides under the sheets and whispers about people instead of facing them openly,” Baseer remarked, adding, “When I questioned him, he got triggered because he knows it’s true.”
Nehal didn’t hold back either, labelling Gaurav a “hideous people pleaser” who manipulates those around him just to stay in their good books. “He speaks against people, then goes back and tries to please them. It’s fake and everyone sees through it,” she said.
Elsewhere, Amaal Mallik spoke to Neelam Giri, slamming GK for choosing kitchen duty not out of responsibility, but strategy.
“He’s just buttering Kunickaa,” Amal scoffed, adding, “He knows no one will take his side in the real game. He avoids tasks, never plays on the face, and just hides behind others.”
The sentiment seems to be growing. Several contestants and even viewers on social media feel that Gaurav is deliberately avoiding physical or high-stakes tasks, often volunteering others instead. He’s seen as someone who straddles the fence, careful not to ruffle feathers, but increasingly losing credibility for it.
With alliances shifting and tempers rising, the house is slowly turning against Gaurav. Will he confront the criticism head-on, or retreat further into the background?
