Thoughtfully Crafted Menus Bring Northeast India To The Hyderabad City!

From April 18 to May 3 (except Sundays), Mamazaki by Chef Farha Naaz will be available at RaenThe Chef’s Studio at The Leela Hyderabad, bringing a truly distinctive culinary experience to Hyderabad’s dining scene. This limited-edition pop-up, which is hosted by Chef Farha Naaz of MasterChef India fame, welcomes visitors to discover the rich and complex cuisine of Northeast India, where tradition meets modern expression.
Chef Farha Naaz, the founder of Mamazaki, a Guwahati-based culinary consultant and concept restaurant, is expected to curate the pop-up’s tasting menu. It is renowned for creating mouthwatering dishes using local products and providing a contemporary take on the varied culinary traditions of Northeast India. Joha Yakhni Arancini, Pani Pitha Crepes, Datshi Dumplings, Omita Khaar Soup and a sophisticated take on the classic Bihu Jolpan are among the highlights.
Farha’s cuisine is firmly anchored in memory, location and purpose. She has a background in agricultural engineering and a stellar run on MasterChef India Season 8. Fresh seasonal produce, fragrant spices from the area and a dash of inventive whimsy are used to create dishes that tell the stories of the seven sisters and are both familiar and refreshingly at Raen – The Chef’s Studio.
Savour regional herbs, spice-forward relishes, slow-cooked stews, and more on thoughtfully crafted tasting menus. Farha’s unique ingredient-drive style invites Hyderabad to explore the Northeast’s rich, lesser-known culinary traditions in a fine dining experience.
