It’s that time of the week and everyone’s been waiting for the TRP numbers from BARC (Broadcast Audience Research Council) to come in. While fans are curious about it every week and rightly so, this time around, they’re in for quite the treat since Anupamaa is no longer the top show and the Kanwar Dhillon and Neha Harsora’s show Udne Ki Aasha has taken the spot.
As for what are the top shows this week and why they trend, it looks like Kanwar and Dhillon’s show has been an absolute hit with the audiences and garnered 2.2 points this week, therefore making its way to the spot and rightly so.
Next up on the list is a cult favourite at the moment — Anupamaa. The Rupali Ganguly lead show minted only 2.0 ratings and of course the ongoing track around Prem-Aaryan doesn’t seem to be working out with viewers. Next up, we have Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which is on the 3rd spot with a rating of 2.0 points.
Next up on the list is Zayd Ibad Khan and Khushi Dubey Jaadu Teri Nazar and it’s been a part of the top 10 from time to time. This time around, it has 1.7 points followed by Lakshmi Ka Safar with 1.7 points too. However, it is at the 5th spot, but well, top 5 counts for something, doesn’t it?
Following the above, the other shows in top 10 include Advocate Anjali Awasthi at 6 and Mangal Lakshmi at 7. Both the TV shows raked in 1.6 points this week. Another show that’s always been a TRP topper is Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja’s Jhanak, which also happened to have a rating of 1.6 points and it at the 8th spot. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah seems to be going down with time, and it raked in 1.5 points only, while being at the 9th position.
Last but no the least, Laughter Chefs has made it to the top 10 this week with a rating of 1.3 points.
