Bhavika Sharma Breaks Silence Amid Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Off-Air Rumors

Star Plus has decided to conclude Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin by July 2025, following its upcoming move to a less prominent evening time slot.

Bhavika Sharma’s return and recent twists failed to revive ratings, fuelling speculation and uncertainty among fans.

Star Plus’s enduring drama Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin (GHKPM) is said to be approaching the final phase of its run. While fans had already been speculating about the show going off-air, the latest update suggests that, before bidding farewell, the show will shift to a new time slot.

Reports suggest that the show is set to shift to a 6:30 PM slot, moving out of its previous prime-time airing. The show is expected to wrap up in the first week of July 2025.

Vaibhavi Hankare made a brief appearance on the show, with her character being written off soon after her introduction. Her exit led to Bhavika Sharma returning to the show as Savi, a character she had previously portrayed.

When asked about the status of the show, Bhavika Sharma said, “We haven’t received any official confirmation yet.” Her statement has left fans even more curious about what lies ahead.

The makers had introduced several dramatic plot twists in recent months, including a mysterious death track, in an attempt to keep the audience hooked. They also tried refreshing the narrative with new faces and emotional storylines.

However, despite these efforts, the show struggled to regain its earlier popularity. The on-screen pairing of Bhavika Sharma and Param Singh, which was expected to create buzz, did not manage to strike a chord with viewers.

A close source from the production revealed, “The channel has made the decision to wrap up the show by early July. Bhavika’s comeback didn’t make the expected impact, and her chemistry with Param didn’t resonate with the audience.”

The second-generation storyline featured actors like Shakti Arora, Sumit Singh, Bhavika Sharma, and Hitesh. While each of them brought their own fanbase and talent to the show, it couldn’t match the success of its earlier days.

Even though Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is set to go off-air, it will be remembered for its strong emotional narratives and dramatic moments. It made a significant mark in Indian television during its run. The journey of the show serves as a reminder that audience connection remains the most important ingredient for long-lasting success in the world of TV drama.
