Amrapali Gupta JOINS 'Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki' As Villain Samrgyi: “THIS ROLE WAS IN MY DESTINY”

Amrapali Gupta Returns to Grey Shades with Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki as Samrgyi

Television’s go-to face for powerful grey characters, Amrapali Gupta, is back to doing what she does best. The actress, who became a household name as the unforgettable Tanveer Beg (also known as Billo Rani) in Qubool Hai, has now joined the cast of Colors TV’s Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki in a negative role.

From Tanveer Beg in Qubool Hai to a New Villainous Turn

Amrapali Gupta will be seen as Samrgyi, a quintessential villain, and she couldn’t be happier about it. “Feeling good and happy, excited,” the actress shared, opening up about how the show found its way back to her.

Talking about her journey with Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki, Amrapali Gupta revealed it was nothing short of fate. “There’s one thing I believe is everything is destined. I actually got this show Mannat last year. News came out long back that I was doing it, then I stepped away. I was looking for something else I was supposed to do,” she said.

But destiny, it seems, had other plans. “But I believe Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki, this character, this show, was always in my destiny. After months, it came back around. I got the call, and now I’m doing it,” Amrapali Gupta added.

The actress drew parallels with her career-defining role in Qubool Hai, which also came to her after an unexpected twist. “It’s exactly like what happened with Qubool Hai. I auditioned, they liked me, they wanted me, then said no. Someone else was cast. Later, she was replaced, and I stepped in. That was destiny too,” Amrapali Gupta recalled.

“And this is the same. After all the ups and downs, Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki found its way back to me. I believe this role was meant for me, and I’m finally doing it,” Amrapali Gupta signed off.

Known for her commanding screen presence, Amrapali Gupta has carved a niche with her portrayals of strong antagonists and layered characters. Over the years, she has impressed audiences with her work in popular shows like Teen Bahuraaniyaan, Adhuri Kahaani Hamari, Qubool Hai, Ishqbaaz, and Rabb Se Hai Dua, among others.

With Samrgyi, fans can expect Amrapali Gupta to bring her signature intensity back to primetime.

Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki features Ayesha Singh and Adnan Khan in lead roles.
