Rohit Purohit has been charming the audiences with his onscreen character Armaan from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. In an interesting turn of events, Rohit’s life has intervened with his onscreen character Armaan as both onscreen and offscreen, the actor is expecting a new member in his family.
Rohit and wife Sheena took to social media a few days ago and announced their pregnancy. Sheena Bajaj flaunted her baby bump while Rohit Purohit was seen affectionately caressing the baby bump. In an exclusive chat with Manthan Sethia who plays the character of Aryan in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, he told Downtown Mirror Weekly about how the cast reacted to Rohit-Sheena’s pregnancy announcement.

Manthan Sethia, said, “I just learned about the good news a couple of days ago and I’m super happy for Rohit Bhai. When I came to know, I gave him many congratulations. We’re all truly happy for him and extend our best wishes for his future. After I wished him, I also asked him about his future plans and how he will be taking the new role of fatherhood in real life. We all sat and had a good chat about it. It is good news, indeed.”
