Spending quality time with her pets and indulging in painting are some of the simple yet meaningful activities that help Kaajal Shankhwaar unwind after a busy work schedule. The actress, who has appeared in projects like Girgit, The Choice, and Black Coffee, shares, “I like to spend time with my pets. I have an iguana and cats. I also love to cook and enjoy binge-watching shows.”
Beyond her personal hobbies, Kaajal Shankhwaar is deeply passionate about supporting animal welfare and elder care. She says, “I do a lot of feeding for stray animals and try to help with foster care or shelters as well. I’m also involved in rescue work, and I stay connected with an old age home, ensuring I contribute to charity regularly.”
Painting is another way she finds peace and expression. “Painting is something that is very close to my heart. My style of painting is Wabi-Sabi. When I want some quiet time, I like to paint with sand and different types of fabric. My painting skills are a hidden talent that I cherish,” Kaajal Shankhwaar reveals with a smile.
Kaajal Shankhwaar believes that travel plays a crucial role in both her personal growth and artistic development. “Traveling is one of the best ways to enhance your personality, whether as an artist or as a person. It opens your mind to new experiences, new cultures, and new people, helping you understand the world better,” she explains.
Though she’s currently focused on her acting career, Kaajal Shankhwaar has aspirations beyond the screen. “Direction is something I’m very interested in because I have a clear vision of what I want to do. I also feel that the work I’ve done so far doesn’t fully reflect my potential. I believe I have much more to offer and am waiting for the right opportunity to make a greater impact in the industry,” she says.
