The year did not begin with a bang, and she is at peace with that. Parakh Madan said, “The year began slow for me. I spent a lot of time focusing on my mental and physical health and decided to look for roles that speak in silence and truly leave an impact. I wanted to take up work that focuses on powerful, dignified storytelling.”

“And honestly, the universe listened, and I joined Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 as Niyati. The past six months for me have been all about balancing professional drive with personal grounding. It’s been extremely fulfilling,” Parakh Madan added.
The world outside the set has not been calm, and she does not pretend otherwise. Asked how she stays steady through the noise, she points to something close to home. Parakh Madan said, “As an artist, the pressure to constantly perform, to stay relevant, and to navigate the general upheavals of society can easily drain your energy if you let it.”
“I think having a solid anchor off-screen is essential to deal with these complexities and stress. And for me, that anchor is my family. Also, I always keep reminding myself that everything is transient. The upheavals will come and go, but as long as you hold onto your core values, your art, and the people who truly love you, you can navigate any storm with grace,” Parakh Madan added.
Discipline, Structure and Managing Chaos in Everyday Life
Discipline is one principle she never compromises on, no matter the circumstances. Parakh Madan said, “When priorities start shifting, it can drive me absolutely crazy because I have borderline OCD. For me, chaos isn’t just an inconvenience; it feels like physical discomfort. My mind naturally craves structure, symmetry, and predictability.”
“No matter the circumstances, discipline remains a guiding force in her personal and professional journey. So, I stick to my discipline of making and following my to-do lists to keep my priorities and my mental health in place,” Parakh Madan added.
On the industry itself, she has a view that is neither anxious nor naive. Parakh Madan said, “The unpredictability we are seeing right now in the entertainment industry is both terrifying and deeply liberating. Audiences have become incredibly sharp, and their attention spans are fragmented. There is no definitive safety net anymore.”

“I believe the entertainment industry is at the threshold of a transformative era, both structurally and creatively. The only true anchor we have left is the work itself. When the market is this volatile, the best strategy isn’t to play it safe; it’s to focus on high-quality execution, choose projects that have a pulse, and trust that authentic storytelling will always find its way through the noise,” Parakh Madan ended.
