According to several media outlets, the actor has been approached for the 15th season of Khatron Ke Khiladi. We have now learned that he has also received an offer to participate in Bigg Boss 19. Reliable sources close to the actor have confirmed that discussions for both shows are in the advanced stages, and if all goes well, Gaurav Khanna, will be seen competing in both these high-octane reality formats.
A source from the production house reveals, “It’s common for celebrities from Bigg Boss to appear on Khatron Ke Khiladi, and Gaurav Khanna, whose fame skyrocketed after his stint on Anupamaa, is a perfect candidate for both shows. Fans adore him on social media, and these shows will allow them to connect with him on a deeper level. On Khatron Ke Khiladi, viewers will witness his fearless side, while on Bigg Boss 19, they’ll get to see his true personality, his resilience, and his ability to handle the pressure of the house.”
However, with Gaurav Khanna now preparing for these two major shows, his return to Anupamaa to reprise his role as Anuj Kapadia appears uncertain, at least for the time being. Fans of the actor, however, won’t have to wait long to see him on their screens. In fact, after bidding farewell to Anupamaa, Gaurav Khanna recently appeared on the cooking reality show Celebrity MasterChef and, despite the finale not having aired yet, reports suggest he has emerged victorious, showcasing his flair not just for acting, but also for cooking. This win has surely given him a taste for success, and it will undoubtedly make him a formidable contestant on both Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss.
While the competition is bound to be fierce, particularly after Karan Veer Mehra’s remarkable achievement of winning both Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss consecutively — becoming only the second contestant after Sidharth Shukla to do so — Gaurav Khanna’s charm, determination, and public appeal may well make him the one to watch in these upcoming seasons.
