On International Day of Happiness, Sneha Jain, who is currently seen in Megha Barsenge, shared her unique perspective on what true happiness means to her. The actress believes that happiness lies in the art of living in the present moment. In an interview with Downtown Mirror Weekly, Sneha explained, “Happiness for me is just about being in the moment and not thinking about what you have done in the past or what you are going to do. It’s about being in the present, and that will make you a happy person.”
She reflected on how people often conceal their true emotions, especially in today’s world, where pretending is all too common. Sneha pointed out, “Humans are the greatest actors when it comes to our feelings, and we are experts at faking them. But if you keep faking yourself, you will never truly be happy.” For her, happiness is all about authenticity and living in the present without the need to impress others. “My idea of happiness is to live the moment without caring about what people think of what you do,” she emphasised.
The actress strongly believes that happiness should not be dictated by others. “Happiness comes from within, and you should never compromise for someone else. Living life according to your own choices is true happiness,” she said, highlighting the importance of staying true to oneself and embracing individuality.
Sneha also shared the powerful role her faith plays in maintaining her positivity. “I am happy for everything because whatever happens, happens for a reason, and I have my belief in Shiv Ji,” she concluded, further reinforcing how her spiritual belief helps her stay grounded and content with her life.
Through her insights, Sneha shows that happiness isn’t something to chase but something to embrace by living authentically and staying connected to the present moment.
