Exciting news for Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai! fans! Following our announcement of Ravi Kishan joining the film version of the popular sitcom earlier this month, we’ve now learned that renowned actor Mukesh Tiwari is also on board. The shooting of this highly anticipated film is taking place in Dehradun, and Mukesh, known for his iconic role in China Gate, will bring his unique flair to the project. While Ravi Kishan is set to play a menacing don, Mukesh will portray his brother, promising to add layers of humor to their dynamic.
According to a source close to the production, “Ravi and Mukesh’s characters will bring a new level of comedy to the film. While they play a powerful don and his brother, their chemistry will undoubtedly deliver some hilarious moments on screen.”
Mukesh Tiwari has earned widespread recognition for his role as Jageera in China Gate (1998) and is equally celebrated for his impeccable comic timing in the Golmaal film series. He has made an impact in both Hindi and regional cinema, appearing in films such as The Legend of Bhagat Singh, Gangaajal, Zameen, LOC Kargil, Tarzan – The Wonder Car, Mangal Pandey – The Rising, Apaharan, and Chennai Express. Mukesh’s South Indian film credits include roles in Tamil films like Talaimagan, Pokkiri, and Kanthaswamy, as well as Kannada films like Anjani Putra and Jhansi IPS.
The film adaptation of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai! will feature the original sitcom cast, with Shubhangi Atre, Vidisha Srivastava, Rohitashv Gour, and Aasif Shaikh reprising their beloved roles as Angoori Bhabhi, Anita Bhabhi, Manmohan Tiwari, and Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, respectively. The movie promises to bring the charm and humor of the show to the big screen, with a fresh twist, particularly with Ravi Kishan’s dramatic addition. Since its debut in March 2015, the show has enjoyed immense success and continues to entertain audiences after a decade.
