Hitanshu Jinsi, widely recognized for his impactful performances, is now winning hearts as Dhruv Shukla in Ram Bhavan, Rahul Kumar Tewary and Rolling Tales Production’s latest show on Colors TV. Starring opposite Khushbu Rajendra’s Isha, Hitanshu portrays a wealthy businessman who is not only charming and responsible but also deeply devoted to his mother.
Dhruv is the kind of man every girl would want to marry—he’s charming, responsible, and has immense love and respect for his mother, something I personally resonate with” says Hitanshu.
His character’s journey is centered around his love for Isha and his determination to marry her, but as with any gripping drama, their path to love is fraught with challenges. The show is an adaptation of a popular South Indian series, and Hitanshu hopes it strikes a similar emotional chord with Hindi audiences. “As soon as I got the role, I began working on Dhruv’s mannerisms, tone, mindset, and overall personality to do justice to the role” Hitanshu reveals.
Having previously played a similar role in a Sandiip Sikcand production, Hitanshu finds Dhruv even more intriguing due to his layered personality. While his character makes a strong entry, his future in the show will ultimately depend on audience reception and ratings. “If the audience connects with Dhruv, the makers might decide to extend his story. My priority is to give my best performance, and the rest is in the hands of the audience and creators.”
Reflecting on his association with producer Rahul Kumar Tewary, Hitanshu expresses admiration for his professionalism and sharp storytelling. “I’ve collaborated with Rahul Tewary before, and despite the years, he remains just as professional, sharp, and witty.”
With Ram Bhavan already generating buzz, Hitanshu is eager to bring Dhruv Shukla’s story to life. “As an actor, I put in tremendous effort to make every scene appear effortless—that’s the daily challenge, and it’s what drives our growth.”
