Actor Arjan Bajwa recently met cricket icon Chris Gayle at a high-profile event, calling it a dream come true for the self-confessed cricket fan.
A cricket enthusiast at heart, actor Arjan Bajwa has always admired the sport and its iconic players. His recent meeting with West Indies cricket superstar Chris Gayle was a dream come true. The encounter took place at a gathering hosted by Maharashtra Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik.
“I met the cricket legend Chris Gayle recently. It was a memorable and exciting moment for me, as I am both a fan and an admirer of Gayle’s achievements on the field,” said an elated Arjan Bajwa.
Sharing more about his deep-rooted love for the sport, Arjan Bajwa added, “I think cricket is in every Indian kid’s blood. I’ve grown up playing it in my colony, on school grounds, and anywhere we could find space.
From gully cricket to staying glued to the screen during World Cup matches, it’s always been more than just a game, it’s a passion.
I’ve followed the sport for years, and meeting someone like Chris Gayle, who has such a massive impact on global cricket, was genuinely special for me. It’s like meeting a childhood hero.”
