Hansa Singh opens up about her top picks for the Bigg Boss 19 trophy, sharing candid thoughts on the season’s contestants, controversies, and dynamics.
Actress Hansa Singh, who has been part of projects like Despatch and Criminal Justice, has shared her views on the ongoing season of Bigg Boss 19. The actress has been closely following the show and revealed her top picks among the finalists while also commenting on the season’s tone, controversies, and evolution.

Talking about whom she is supporting among the Top 5, Hansa said, “Bigg Boss 19 is the season of democracy. Whom to support? Honestly, unbiased, my top 3 are Gaurav Khanna, Amaal Mallik, and Pranit More. Any of them could be the winner, and I will be happy.”
Speaking about the female contestants in the Top 5, she shared her personal viewpoint, adding, “As for the females now in the Top 5, Farrhana Bhatt and Tanya Mittal, no matter how much we hold placards for feminism, something is not gelling well with me.”
The season has been widely discussed for its format, strategies, and audience reactions. When asked which side she connected with more, entertainment or integrity, Hansa offered a straightforward response. “At first, the season felt sluggish, and the conflicts that cropped up looked exaggerated, almost like drama was being stirred where there was none. It all felt scripted, not organic. The kitchen politics is always the key motivator for fights and one-upmanship in the house, and it ruled this season too,” she said.
Speaking about the most unfair eviction of the season, Hansa didn’t hesitate. “Baseer Ali! Don’t you think?” she remarked.
On what made this season unique compared to previous ones, she summed it up in one word: “The word is democracy. Kicking the democracy in the country, it was an epic season to show the mirror to the masses. Shoutout to the makers for this theme. Samjhne wale samajh gaye, jo na samajh woh anari hain.”
To wrap up her thoughts, Hansa also acknowledged the strength of this year’s finalists, each of whom has brought a distinct flavour to the show. With Gaurav Khanna, Amaal Mallik, Pranit More, Farrhana Bhatt, and Tanya Mittal competing for the trophy, the stage is set for an unpredictable finish.
As Bigg Boss 19 reaches its climax, all eyes are now on the grand finale airing tonight, where the audience will finally discover who takes home the coveted title.
