Pushpaa Panth is essaying the role of Chanda in Ishika Shahi’s web series Jabb Zodiacs Met, which revolves around the 12 zodiac signs and their influence on an individual’s life. The series is produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut Production and streams on their official YouTube channel.

The second episode, featuring Pushpaa Panth, focuses on the zodiac sign Cancer, and the actor shared that portraying emotions influenced by astrology came with its own set of challenges.

Pushpaa Panth said, “The real test was ensuring the emotional journey felt authentic and lived-in, not like a representation of an idea. Astrology is abstract, but emotions are real. I never wanted people to say, ‘She’s behaving this way because she’s a Cancer’ or ‘She’s doing this because she’s a Virgo.’ I wanted the audience to feel that there are people around us who behave like this character in real life.”

A firm believer in destiny and cosmic connections, Pushpaa Panth added, “I’ve experienced it in many aspects of my life, love, career, everything. I believe the universe brings certain people into your life to teach you, challenge you, or help you grow. You still have free will, but the connection itself guides something, and I truly believe in that.”

The actor revealed that working on the series made her more aware of emotional patterns and timing. “It became clear to me that compatibility is built through understanding, calmness, and resilience, rather than just sparks or zodiac matches. Some connections feel easy and effortless, while others feel constantly misaligned, and this show helped me look at those differences more deeply,” Pushpaa Panth said.

If the stars could guide her next role, Pushpaa Panth would love to explore something darker and more layered. She shared, “I’m drawn to stories that explore the mind, moral grey areas, or futuristic worlds. Characters who appear controlled on the surface but have a lot going on underneath really excite me, because that complexity feels very real and grounded.”

Speaking about her experience of working with director Ishika Shahi, Pushpaa Panth described her as a lovely person. She said, “Ishika has a clear and confident vision, which really sets her apart on set. She knows exactly what she wants from a scene and from her actors, but she also creates a safe space for actors to explore emotionally. I genuinely enjoyed collaborating with her and bringing this character to life under her direction.”
